1 down...2down...3down...who's next???

this is probably the most horrible month that i've had since i started working for this company, which is quite ironic considering that february is called the love month. since feb. 5 i have been separated from my old team, which was purely composed of tranche 9 (batchmates), and was mixed with members of other teams. just because management couldn't handle a nuisance of an amo, they thought that reshuffling the team members amongst the 3 teams would make a difference. marfy, marshee & i were the only ones left for team meanne and were joined by mabel, irish, grace, nikki, ria, mommy chris & carr (tranchemate). although i'm happy to have them because they are also my friends, nothing beats the bonding that i have with the previous team since we've been together since day 1 and i bet each and everyone of us feels the same way. gladys even threatened to resign because of this, it's a good thing that we were able to change her mind...for now.

then there's the sad valentine news. just read my previous blog about this, i don't have the energy to make another one...

but nothing beats the reality of really losing your tranchemates due to attrition. three of my tranchemates left the company this week: jp, reeyah & aiza. jp & reeyah were asked to resign while aiza resigned beacuse found a better opportunity. i was extremely happy at the start of our tuesday shift, until i found out about jp's resignation. although the reason was just, he should have been given a due process first before he was advised to leave. all of his happened last friday, which we were not aware of, considering that we were all there. so i was depressed for the rest of the shift...but wait, there's more! just right after lunch while gladys, mars & i were chatting, reeyah approached glads and hugged her... oh no this does not look good. she then told us that she was also forced to resign due to discrepancies between the paperwork that she submitted to the company and the verification that they did with her previous company. they said that the company upholds "integrity" and giving misleading information wasn't acceptable. yeah right!? can we cite my promotion as a good example!? integrity my ass!

i'm sorry that i don't have anything good to say about my company right now. even though they made an announcement that we will be given P750 transpo allowance per month beginning may 1, i wasn't thrilled with it at all because i am not even sure if i would still be here to take advantage of that...
