These toys were given to us by my Sifu Jean when she came back from her Beijing holiday. Apparently he is also very famous there as "Pee Pee boy" while in the Philippines he is known as Chin Chan.
We followed the instructions properly:
1. Immerse the toy on hot water for 2 minutes.
2. Immerse the toy in cold water.
3. Take out the toys & put a bit of hot water on the head & water should spurt out of his "thinggie"
....but it didn't work. Maybe we will try it again tomorrow.
